Michael Dvorscak
A native Atlantan, Mike graduated from Ridgeview High school and Georgia Tech where he earned Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management. He received his MBA in Finance and Economics from Georgia State University and then worked for the National Bank of Georgia. He then joined Rubicon Systems, Incorporated, a microcomputer company, as CFO and Controller where he negotiated bank loans and lines of credit, managed operations and administration for the company. As part of senior management, Mike helped secure $6 million in venture capital financing to develop and produce a personal computer.
Mike worked as Controller for Stratetgic Technologies, developer of a portable pc, in Norcross. There he worked on strategic planning and negotiated a $30 million irrevocable letter of credit facility to allow the company to manufacture its pc in Asia, a first for a start up high technology firm in the Southeast. In 1985, he joined A D Commercial Real Estate, formerly The William B. Hare Company, a commercial real estate broker, to act as corporate real estate representative, where he rose to Vice President and then Principal, Owner and Broker.
Mike specializes in representing companies with office, business park and/or site selection needs. He also works in investment properties. He has extensive experience in working with local governments and economic development agencies across the United States. Mike has been responsible for over $50 million in sales and leases in the past five years.

Al Ciraldo, Jr.
Al Ciraldo, Jr. is a principal with A D Commercial Real Estate, formerly The William B. Hare Company in Atlanta, Georgia. Since 1986 he has represented local, regional and global corporate real estate users, most of them multiple times, in over 35 cities across the United States.
Mr. Ciraldo serves as a single, undivided point of contact for all clients. He helps each achieve their real estate goals by getting an operational and cultural understanding of their business values and provides solutions through an experienced network of real estate, legal and accounting resources. Most assignments include, tenant representation, site selection, market analysis, transaction negotiation, and other advisory roles. He has represented The Sherwin-Williams Company, Tropical Foods, H & R Block, and Allstate Insurance in multiple assignments and advisory roles.
Al is a native Atlantan, attending Lakeside High School and graduating from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management. He and his family are members of the Catholic Church of St. Ann. He devotes volunteer time to Richards Christian Academy, and Johnson Ferry Christian Academy Athletics. On football Saturdays, he has been a member of the Georgia Tech Radio network as a spotter and statistician since 1975.
